Client W came to us with a heavy heart and a plan already made. Uncertain who the father of her baby was, she intended to end the pregnancy. Fear, shame, and anxiety clouded her thoughts as she shared her concerns with our nurse, advocate, and Soul Care team.

Instead of judgment, she encountered compassion. Instead of pressure, she received prayer. Together, the team gently reminded her of God’s love and His constant presence in the middle of uncertainty. When she left, she agreed to take time to reflect on everything discussed. Just days later, she called with life-changing news — she had decided to continue her pregnancy. What began as fear turned into courage, and hope took root in a heart that once felt overwhelmed.
